Abstract/Concept/Ideas Submission Guidelines
1. The abstract/concept/ideas and presentation proposal should be of 500 words in Times New Roman, with a font size of 12. The line spacing should be 1.5 and the margins of the document should be set at 1 inch on all sides.
– Abstract/concept/ideas should include – problem, purpose/research questions, hypotheses/arguments, methods, findings and conclusions, and implications. Literature-based writing is highly expected.
– TVET Practitioners Presentation proposal should include – reflections, challenges and overcoming them, learning.
– Presentation proposal on an entrepreneurial ideas or start-up should include – ignition and consolidation of an idea, experienced/potential challenges and overcoming them, learning.
2. Abstract/concept/ideas submissions should be typed and submitted in Microsoft Word Format.
3. After submission, you will be acknowledged of the receipt of the abstract/concept/ideas.
Process of Evaluation
1. After submission, your abstract/concept/ideas will be subjected to a double-blind peer evaluation.
2. After the peer review, we will send you the result for the review in your abstract/concept/ideas.
3. The review might suggest some further work in your abstract/concept/ideas and the amended abstract must be returned.
Registration Guidelines
1. After receiving the result of acceptance of your abstract/concept/ideas, you are requested to pay the participation fee.
2. Every participant is required to fill up the registration form and upload the payment voucher or transaction proof to us.
The Submission period for abstracts has concluded.
***If you intend to make a presentation at the conference, it is important that your abstract/concept note is accepted first before you pay the participation fee***
